PLA raw material lactic acid is mostly prepared by fermentation of corn starch. Lactic acid oligomer is synthesized by esterification reaction between lactic acid molecules, lactide is obtained by pyrolysis at high temperature, and then PLA is obtained by ring-opening polymerization of lactide under certain conditions. PLA factory processes and produces, blows film and makes bags, and composts and degrades the polymer in waste soil after use. Under the direct action of microorganisms or enzymes, the polymer is decomposed or oxidized into small molecules, and finally decomposed into carbon dioxide, water and biomass. Compost becomes organic fertilizer and photosynthesis returns to nature.
